ACFS provides a common model for decisions, standards, evidence, issues, handoffs, and capability records. A capability remains a draft until it has been reviewed and promoted.

ACFS defines records that remain scoped, inspectable, and reviewable as technical work moves between people, tools, and agents.
Implementation
FlowOS is Offband's current local implementation. It exposes ACFS records through a local MCP server and supports scoped work with other agents.
